Janae Claiborne, MS

Janae joins Arbor Research as a member of the Growth Team serving as a Business Development Specialist. She is responsible for market research and intelligence, proposal support, and various business operations activities such as capture, pipeline management, and drafting processes and templates. Janae has worked across all phases of the business development lifecycle and utilizes the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) to improve processes, developing tools to streamline work for better quality and efficiency. She has served in various roles in a variety of settings including private, federal contracting, government agencies, and non-profits. Janae earned her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management & Social Entrepreneurship from University of Baltimore and her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
