Associate Research Scientist

Christopher completed dual residencies in Neurology and Leadership, Preventive Medicine (LPM) through Dartmouth Health. His clinical and quality improvement experience is supported by masters level training at The Dartmouth Institute of Health Policy and Clinical Practice. He has recently worked with MassHealth, a state Medicaid organization, to craft policy and evaluate payor practices related to remote patient monitoring (RPM) and telehealth. As an Associate Research Scientist, he currently supports the systems evaluation and redesign efforts focused on the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN). He joined Arbor Research in 2024, providing expertise in neurologic disease, quality improvement and implementation, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and clinical operations. Christopher leverages an understanding of clinical care, payor perspectives, and policy tailwinds to think strategically about innovation in care delivery.
