Feyishara Oreagba, BS, MS

Feyi is an operations management professional with combined success in healthcare administration, program management, and risk assessment/mitigation, with demonstrated success driving continual process improvement. Most recently she served as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at the Washington DC Department of Corrections where she established a culture of continuous improvement through the development and implementation of business processes, eliminating operational bottlenecks in high-traffic departments, which enabled the department to meet monthly/quarterly KPI targets measuring quality, service, and efficiency. Her focus areas included managing health-related data, including COVID, for detailed analysis. She established business processes and reporting methods to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of programs, policies, and initiatives. A significant amount of her time was also spent managing the user acceptance testing, reports migration and end to end testing of a major system upgrade. Previously she has worked as a health data abstractor, recruitment analyst, operations manager, and a birth doula. Feyi is currently a postpartum doula. Feyi holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology both from Towson University. She will join the HRSA OPTN MPSC project as a Senior Research Analyst I.
