Dr. Fahlman has 15+ years of experience as a clinician and a researcher in health policy, focusing on the nexus of cost, access, and quality of care. Her work focuses on developing and validating health care quality measures across the continuum of care. Dr. Fahlman has extensive experience directing projects and research tasks for federal clients, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Dr. Fahlman holds a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Health Services Research from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Calgary, and a Pharmacy degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
