Research Scientist
Dr. Stanik is a Social and Developmental Psychologist with two decades of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating mixed-methods research. Her portfolio of work has focused substantively on efforts to improve the lives of the elderly, expanding primary care to include behavioral health, and culture change promoting holistic person-centered care. She joined Arbor Research in 2023. Prior to this appointment she directed health services research projects and consulted in the private sector, and for the state and federal government. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton, Master’s and Doctoral Degrees in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan, and completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
